Sometimes customers come to us with an idea based off of an established product. They have no way of communicating what they want except to have us look at the established product for the basis of their product. From there we can incorporate their ideas. 

We contacted our electrical engineering partner and had them do a thorough examination of how the product functions and to answer the question of “can the new ideas be incorporated into this product”. The technology needed to be changed from analog to digital to be able to have the intended reliability.  The case needed to be designed around the mother/daughter boards. A prototype case was created to check fit and ergonomics. Molds were created, first article stimulators were made and sent out for testing by a group of doctors.
